BASIC DIRECTIONS: With bottle opener provided, open the bottle so you can fill the bottle with the essential oil to desire amount. You can open the bottle manually (directions are below) if you prefer. With the dropper provided, fill your bottle to desire amount. To blend the two, first close your eyes, take a deep breath and set your intentions to program the Clear Quartz Crystal inside the bottle. To use with our Aromatherapy On-the-Go Bracelet, apply the oil onto your fingertip and then onto the black Lava Bead and just BREATH & EXHALE!!!! Apply as often as you need to instill the therapeutic benefits of the essential blends as well as the metaphysical properties of the Clear Quartz Crystals.

MANUAL DIRECTIONS: Here are some directions on how to open a roll-on crystal bottle for oils manually:

1. Hold the crystal bottle upright with the cap facing upwards.

2. Grip the cap firmly with one hand and the bottle with the other.

3. While holding the bottle steady, use your other hand to twist the cap counterclockwise to loosen it.

4. Once the cap is loose, gently pull it straight up to remove it from the bottle.

5. To use the roll-on bottle, simply tip it slightly to allow some of the oil to flow onto the roller ball, and then apply the oil to your skin as desired.

6. When you are finished using the bottle, replace the cap by pressing it firmly onto the top of the bottle and twisting it clockwise until it is secure.

BOTTLE OPENER DIRECTIONS: Hold the essential oil bottle securely with one hand.

1. Insert the curved end of the bottle opener under the edge of the bottle cap, opposite the side where the cap is attached to the bottle.

2. Gently lift the cap upward using the bottle opener to create leverage, while holding the bottle steady with your other hand.

3. Once the cap is loose, use your fingers to twist it off the rest of the way.

4. To use the essential oil, gently tip the bottle to allow a few drops of oil to flow out.

5. When you are finished using the oil, replace the cap by pressing it firmly onto the top of the bottle and twisting it clockwise until it is secure.
