To prolong the life of your bracelet, roll it over your hand when putting on and taking off to prevent stretching and breakage. Please note that exposure to water, humidity, sweat, perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, etc., can alter the appearance of the beads and affect the performance of the elastic cord. Avoid wearing your bracelet while exercising or showering. Over time, the pH levels in your body may naturally affect the appearance of the decorative beads; this is normal wear. While the bracelet is not intended to be submerged in water for long periods, it is suitable for everyday normal usage.
